Please Note: this clinic is at the new location of Hospital Campus – Outpatient Entrance, 120 Delaware Street in Sandusky effective June 5, 2023.

This clinic is available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Patients will be referred back to their primary care provider for follow-up care, if necessary.

Immediate / In-House Testing:

  • Rapid COVID-19 tests
  • Pregnancy testing

Send Out / Hospital Lab and Imaging Testing:

  • Chemistry Lab panels
  • COVID-19 PCR testing (pre-operative, travel, or event testing available)
  • X-ray
  • DOT urine drug testing
  • Influenza
  • Mononucleosis
  • RSV testing
  • Sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing
  • Strep throat culture
  • Stool culture
  • Urine culture
  • Wound culture

This clinic is NOT for emergencies. Please use the Emergency Room if you have any of the following:

  1. Chest pain or squeezing in the chest
  2. Seizure or loss of consciousness
  3. Severe abdominal pain
  4. Sudden paralysis or slurred speech
  5. Your child has a fever above 100.3 and is less than 2 to 3 months of age
  6. Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  7. Post-operative complications
  8. Or at any time you feel your issue is life-threatening
