Winter Gardening with Master Gardener Merry Martin the topic for the Next “Healthy Living…Together” on March 15

You might already be dreaming of planting your garden this spring, but there’s no need to wait; McKenzie Health System’s next “Healthy Living…Together” will share tips on Winter Gardening How-To’s with Master Gardener Merry Martin on March 15 The free event takes place from noon to 1 p.m.

Martin will provide information on how to get your plants started with winter tips on how to prepare for the season to come in her session designed for aspiring and seasoned gardeners of all levels. Registration is now available at www.McKenzieHealth.org/Healthy-Living. The live session includes the ability to watch via Zoom or call in via phone; the webinar will also be recorded and shared via McKenzie Health System’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. Speakers are on video so participants can see and hear them; participants will be able to type interactive questions and comments for the Q&A discussion.

“You don’t have to wait for summer to get started on your garden thanks to Merry’s upcoming session on winter gardening,” said Nina Barnett, McKenzie Health System Public Relations and Foundation Coordinator and Healthy Living Chair. “We can’t wait to learn more about how to get an early start on your favorite flowers and produce.”
