McKenzie Health System will continue its 2026 Healthy Living Together series with a fun and creative session titled “Fairy Garden Workshop” on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. The event will take place in person in the McKenzie Dining Room, located at 120 Delaware Street in Sandusky, with a virtual option also available for those who wish to join remotely.
The session will be led by Jen Gezequel, community member and fairy garden enthusiast, who will share ideas, inspiration, and tips for creating whimsical fairy gardens that can brighten any indoor or outdoor space. Participants will learn how fairy gardens can encourage creativity, relaxation, and connection with nature while exploring simple ways to design their own miniature garden displays.
“Fairy gardens are such a fun and uplifting activity for people of all ages,” said Nina Barnett, McKenzie Public Relations and Foundation Coordinator and Healthy Living Committee Chair. “This workshop offers a wonderful opportunity for community members to get creative, enjoy time together, and discover a hobby that can bring joy and relaxation.”
