McKenzie Auxiliary

McKenzie Health System (MHS) and the McKenzie Auxiliary, which were founded in 1967, were built with the support of the Sanilac County residents. Since we first opened our doors in Sandusky, members of the Auxiliary have generously donated their support to the hospital and the community at large.

The MHS Auxiliary is comprised of individuals who donate their time and talents for the benefit of McKenzie Health System and the community. They provide support by working in the gift shop, at community events, and coordinating fundraising opportunities.

Proceeds from the Gift Shop and fundraisers support McKenzie Health System to assist with the purchase of new equipment for patient care.

Golf Scramble – June
Bakeless Bake Sale – Fall
Fall into the Holiday Spirit (Silent Auction and Raffle) – November
Christmas & Jewelry Sale – December
Gift Shop (open all year)

Hours of operation: Tuesday thru Thursday 9:00 am – 12:00 noon

Join us!

The Auxiliary meets on the first Thursday of each month at 5:15 pm at various local establishments or virtually. There are many opportunities to serve as a member of the McKenzie Health System Auxiliary or a volunteer.
