McKenzie Auxiliary to Host Bakeless Bake Sale in January to Support Local Healthcare
The McKenzie Health System Auxiliary is inviting the community to kick off the new year with a simple and meaningful way to give back during its annual Bakeless Bake Sale, taking place in January 2026.
This unique fundraiser offers a sweet solution for those who want to support local healthcare—without turning on the oven. Instead of baking or purchasing baked goods, community members are encouraged to donate the amount they might typically spend on ingredients, treats, or desserts. Whether it’s the cost of cookies, a cake, or a favorite homemade pie, every donation helps make a difference.
Funds raised through the Bakeless Bake Sale directly support McKenzie Health System and the Auxiliary’s ongoing efforts to enhance patient care, services, and programs for the community.
How to Participate:
- Consider the amount you would normally spend on baking supplies or baked goods.
- Make a secure online donation at www.McKenzieHealth.org/Bakeless, or
mail a check payable to McKenzie Health System Auxiliary to 1221 W. Walker Road, Sandusky, MI 48471. - Enjoy the satisfaction of supporting local healthcare—no baking required.
As a thank-you, donors will receive special savings opportunities at the McKenzie Gift Shop, with additional incentives available for qualifying donation levels.
“The Bakeless Bake Sale has become a favorite tradition because it’s fun, flexible, and impactful,” said Nina Barnett, McKenzie Auxiliary Liaison. “Every contribution—no matter the amount—helps support quality care close to home.”
Community members looking for an easy way to support McKenzie Health System during the winter months are encouraged to participate.
