Care Coordination Is in the Spotlight at June’s Lunch & Learn

McKenzie Health System is pleased to present Heather Merriman, RN, and Danielle Dral, RN as the featured speakers at the June Lunch and Learn workshop, scheduled for Wednesday, June 19, 2019, from Noon to 1 p.m., in the McKenzie Health System Back Dining Room. Merriman and Dral will be speaking on “The Importance of Care Coordination.” Lunch and Learn is a community education series held every third Wednesday of the month. “Care Coordination has become an important part of how McKenzie provides service to patients at our Primary Care Provider (PCP) offices,” reports Louise Blasius, LMSW, LPC, Director of Human Services at McKenzie Health System. “Helping people get to their appointments and follow up with the instructions given to them by their PCPs results in better outcomes for patients. Heather and Danielle will explain the benefits of Care Coordination and answer any questions attendees may have.”
