Kristin Dubay, AGNP-C

About

Kristin Dubay, AGNP-C, is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at McKenzie Health System. Kristin brings a broad range of nursing experience to the team, with a background that includes cardiac step-down care, progressive care, surgical services, and travel nursing on surgical units.

A native of Smiths Creek, Kristin has always felt a strong connection to rural communities. She began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University in 2015 before earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from St. Clair County Community College. She continued her education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing – Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program at Walden University in 2024.

During her graduate studies, Kristin completed two practicum rotations at the McKenzie Rural Health Clinic in Sandusky, where she found a deep sense of belonging and purpose. Of all her clinical experiences, her time at McKenzie stood out for the supportive environment and meaningful patient connections. Kristin is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care and is excited to serve the community that made such a lasting impact during her training.

Kristin looks forward to making a difference alongside the exceptional team at McKenzie Health System and is eager to care for patients in a community she truly admires.
