About
Dr. Iris B. Daniel is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience providing compassionate, personalized healthcare for patients and families of all ages. She specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, geriatrics, and helping patients navigate both acute and long-term health conditions with confidence and support.
Dr. Daniel earned her medical degree from Christian Medical College in India, where she graduated with honors in Ophthalmology and ENT and ranked second in her university class. She completed both her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
Throughout her career, Dr. Daniel has cared for patients in family medicine, urgent care, and outpatient settings across Michigan. In addition to her extensive family medicine background, she also brings specialized expertise in advanced wound care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), providing treatment for patients with chronic and non-healing wounds.
Dr. Daniel currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, where she mentors and educates future physicians and medical residents.
