“Go Red Ladies Night” Event Planned for February 27!

Celebrating the exceptional hearts of the women in our community, the McKenzie Health System Foundation is sponsoring a special “Go Red Ladies Night” on Thursday, February 27 at Woodland Hills Golf Club in Sandusky. The event is designed to give women an opportunity to learn more about topics that directly affect their health, while having an opportunity to enjoy time with friends, check out some goodies available for purchase, get a massage for a small fee, and have a chance to win prizes.

The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with guest speakers starting at 6:00 p.m. Nurse Practitioner Brandy Trepkowski will be focusing on “Heart Health” and Nurse Practitioner Suzette Walker will be sharing and answering questions on “Vitamins and Supplements”. If you attended last year’s event, you know that this dynamic duo has a way of talking about health issues with a lot of humor and open discussion. The fun runs through 8 p.m. with something for everyone.

“We love to celebrate women’s health and the powerful role they play in our community with this annual event,” said Penny Tubbs, McKenzie Health System Foundation Community Relations Chair. “With another great lineup planned this year, we look forward to helping women enjoy an evening focused on them.”

There is no charge for admission to the event. More information is available by calling 810-648-6127 or visiting www.mckenziehealth.org. The Woodland Hills Golf Club is located at 320 Gates Road in Sandusky.
