McKenzie Takes Wellness on the Road with Community Q&A on Dec. 1

Live Smart!

McKenzie Health System’s first-ever Wellness Road Show is bringing health and wellness to the local community on December 1 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Countryside Free Methodist Church. The forum is designed to provide information and answer questions on topics including insurance, billing, medication, the patient portal and steps you can take to live a healthier life.

In addition to information from local experts, the Wellness Road Show will offer free healthy snacks, free blood pressure checks, giveaways and door prizes. Flu shots will also be available.

“If you want to learn about living well, drug interactions, online payments, annual checkups or anything else related to your health, this is the event for you,” said Debbie Ruggles, Director of Healthcare Practices at McKenzie Health System. “If you prefer to learn about health or ask questions in a more casual and comfortable environment, we welcome you to join us next month. This event is all about living smart and living well.”

Countryside Free Methodist Church is located at 912 Sanilac Road in Sandusky. Reservations are not required; the event is free and open to all. For questions about the Wellness Road Show, please call Nina Barnett at 810-648-6127.
